Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup of Olive~Me & Co’s Basil Olive Oil
- 1 1/2 tsp’s finely chopped garlic
- 1/2 of a small onion chopped
- 2 Tablespoon’s chopped fresh tarragon
- 1/4 of a cup of dry white wine
Directions:
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend for twenty seconds. Perfect marinade for poultry and fish…marinade in sealed container for three hours.
