Throughout April you will see a different look and changes to our labels! They will first and foremost have the harvest date on the label and also contain a special seal. In order to give our consumers the confidence in knowing they are buying 100% extra virgin olive oil our products are now certified by the California Olive Oil Council. Our products will be submitted to the council where they will undergo rigorous independent laboratory chemical analysis and sensory evaluation. Only oils who meet the program requirements and high standards are awarded the seal! We will be phasing out our old labels and instituting this process throughout the month!
