This salsa is fresh, bright and full of flavour! Eat on its own, or use in a recipe that calls for it!
Ingredients:
- 1 bunch cilantro
- 8 tomatillos, quartered
- 2 green heirloom tomatoes
- 6-8 garlic cloves
- 1 jalapeno
- 3-4 limes, juiced
- 1 medium white onion
- 2 tbsp. Olive-Me & Co.’s EVOO (try our House Blend, Persian Lime, or Garlic Jalapeno)
Instructions:
Throw everything, raw and chopped, into a food processor and blend until semi-smooth. Add 1.5tbsp. of salt, or to taste.
Optional: Add 1/2 of an avocado with extra lime juice to switch up the flavour!
