Olive~Me & Co’s Mixed Baby Greens with Balsamic Marinated Strawberries, Goat Cheese and Walnuts

Ingredients:

• 1 tablespoon Olive~Me & Co’s Strawberry Balsamic Vinegar
• 1 tablespoon Olive-Me & Co.’s Black Walnut Balsamic Vinegar
• 1 tablespoon honey
• 1 tablespoon Olive~Me & Co’s Arbequina Extra Virgin Olive Oil or Basil Olive Oil
• Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
• 12 – 16 medium sized strawberries, hulled and sliced
• 8 cups baby salad greens
• 1/2 cup walnut halves
• 123 grams (about 4.5 oz) goat cheese

Instructions:

1. combine the first 5 ingredients in a large bowl. Add the strawberries and toss to combine and set aside for about 20 minutes
2. add the salad greens to the bowl and toss to combine with the strawberry mixture
3. divide the mixture among the plates then divide the cheese and walnuts among each of those. Serve immediately.
