Olive~Me &Co. has released its 2013 Limited Reserve Olio Nuovo, a California olive oil from the first picking and the first pressing of olives from this season.  This outstanding Extra Virgin olive oil is scheduled to debut in a few weeks.  Supply is very limited.

Olio Nuovo has a narrow window of availability and is meant to be consumed within a four to six month period.  It’s the freshest, unfiltered, unrefined extra virgin olive oil you can get. It’s prized by olive oil producers who usually keep it for themselves.

Bottled fresh, right from the mill, Olio Nuovo looks cloudy because, unlike most olive oils, it is not allowed to rest (which changes its appearance and the flavor profile.) It has an intense complex flavor.
