Ingredients:
- ½ cup any Olive~Me & Co’s plain EVOO
- 1 cup fresh parsley
- 1 cup fresh cilantro
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1-2 cloves garlic
- juice of half a lemon (add the zest too if you want an extra kick)
- Salt and pepper to taste (1/2 teaspoon each is very suiting though)
Instructions:
If you have a food processor, place everything in it and blend until smooth. If not, then finely chop the parsley, cilantro and garlic, then add the remaining ingredients and stir well.
Tip: This is fantastic as a steak marinade or sauce! Try it with chicken or fish too. You can try adding a little cayenne or some Olive~Me & Co’s Citrus Habanero Olive Oil if you’d like to add some heat.
