Ingredients:
- 1lb ground beef
- 1lb ground pork
- 1 cup toasted plain breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp. crushed garlic
- 1 medium onion, finely diced
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 tsp. italian herb seasoning
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp. Olive-Me & Co.’s Arbequina Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Roothams Onion Roasted Garlic Jelly to coat the top
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Lightly grease a loaf pan with Olive-Me & Co.’s Arbequina Olive Oil, set aside.
- Drizzle olive oil in a pan and sauté diced onions over medium heat. Cook until translucent.
- Mix the cooked onions with all remaining ingredients; press into the loaf pan.
- Bake for 45 minutes.
- Brush the top of your meatloaf with Roothams Onion Roasted Garlic Jelly. Continue to cook for an additional 10-15 minutes.
- Serve hot with your choice of sides (we like green beans and mashed potatoes!)
