Our extra virgin olive oils are first cold pressed and sourced from two hemispheres to ensure the highest quality and freshness from various small scale producers. Our amazingly thick balsamic vinegars are from Modena, Italy and are aged up to 25 years. All of our extra virgin olive oils and our balsamic vinegars are organic and infused with natural ingredients with no artificial flavours, colours, additives, or preservatives. The only two artificially infused olive oils we stock is our bacon and butter flavoured. The rinds of the fruits and the actually herbs are pressed with the olive to give our olive oils their full flavour!
